Artwork is printed locally and shipped to Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada and the USA. If you wish to ship to a country not listed upon checkout, please contact me.

What is the lead time for orders?

All orders are custom produced upon ordering. Artwork only orders will be fulfilled in two weeks. HD Metal and prints with framing will be fulfulled in 3-4 weeks. Every effort will be made to beat these time frames!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

As all prints are made to order all sales are non-refundable and non-returnable. If you find a problem with your print, please contact me.

DO YOU OFFER MOUNTING/FRAMING OPTIONS?

Acrylic mounting and HD Metal Chromaluxe dye sublimation printing is available, in addition to traditional framing. Details here.

I’M NOT SURE WHICH PRINT I WANT?

If you would like some suggestions on a perfect print for you, contact us with details of your space, and I would love to give you some recommendations.

I DON'T SEE THE SIZE I WANT. CAN I GET A CUSTOM PRINT SIZE?

If you would like a custom print size or aspect ratio (square vs rectangle), please contact me with the print and size you'd like for a quote.

Sorry we cannot give the license for others to print.

Why am I always charged in HKD?

Although prices will show the approximate amount in your local currency, when you check out, you will be charged in Hong Kong dollars. Sadly this is a limitation of my website provider.
